1. Website information
The website introduces corporate learning, workshops and educational programme support. Descriptions are general information and an invitation to discuss a potential engagement; they are not a binding offer. Sending an enquiry does not book a programme or create a service contract.
2. Agreeing a service
Services require a separate agreement setting out the scope, learning objectives, delivery language and format, dates, participant arrangements, fees, taxes, payment schedule and responsibilities. Availability, changes, cancellation, rescheduling, content rights and confidentiality are agreed for the specific engagement. No online checkout or payment is provided by this website.
3. Educational scope
Educational services support learning and development. Participation does not guarantee a particular business result, professional qualification or accreditation. Any certificate, assessment or recognised qualification must be expressly described in the applicable programme agreement.
4. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious material or misuse contact information. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal data in an enquiry.
5. Intellectual property
Website text, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may read and make reasonable personal or internal reference copies. Republishing, distributing or commercially exploiting material requires permission unless allowed by law. Rights in commissioned learning materials are governed by the service agreement.
6. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care with website information but may update or correct it. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. External links are provided for reference; their operators are responsible for their content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
7. Privacy and enquiries
Our Privacy Policy explains handling of website-related personal data. For service questions, concerns or complaints, email us with enough information to understand the issue. Any engagement-specific complaint process will be set out in the applicable agreement.
8. Applicable law and changes
These website terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory protections that may apply to you. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. Updated terms apply prospectively to website use from publication and do not automatically change an existing service agreement.
