1. Who is responsible
The data controller is RAINET CORPORATION Sp. z o.o., ul. Słowian 27, 62-300 Września, Poland, KRS 0000828610. For privacy requests, contact hi@rainet.ink.
2. Data and purposes
If you contact us, we process the name, business contact details, message and any information you choose to provide. We use these to respond, discuss a potential engagement and manage correspondence. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Contract and invoice records may be kept to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
The web server necessarily processes technical connection data, such as IP address and the requested resource, to deliver pages and maintain security. This is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)). Any programme involving participant data will have additional, appropriate privacy information and agreed responsibilities.
3. Cookies and external services
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, embedded maps or external fonts. It has no registration or online payment service. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ privacy practices when you visit them.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use hosting and email service providers to operate the website and business email. Providers may process relevant information on our behalf under appropriate arrangements. The website is hosted by DigitalOcean in Frankfurt, Germany. Business email is hosted by Namecheap. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, applicable GDPR transfer safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, must apply. Ask us for details of safeguards relevant to your data.
5. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained while needed to handle the enquiry and any related follow-up, and is reviewed for deletion when no longer required. Contract, tax and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable Polish law. Routine web access logging is disabled. Website error logs rotate daily and are retained for up to seven days; relevant records may be retained longer when necessary to investigate a security incident. We may retain relevant records where needed to establish or defend legal claims.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the address above. You may complain to Poland’s supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or another competent EU supervisory authority.
7. Providing data and updates
Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we may need contact details and context to respond. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing. We may update this notice when our practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
